Christ is the center of New Song’s Care & Prayer Ministries 

New Song's Care Team serves individuals who are facing an illness, hospitalization, or have a special need.  The purpose of the Care Team is to care for you and respond in ways that will support you.  Please keep our Care Team Coordinator, Sharon Jones, informed of needs when they arise:  mgjones2@comcast.net.

New Song's Prayer Team prays daily for the church, our mission, our pastor and leaders, the unchurched in our community, and for the joys and concerns that arise in our church family. Parish Nursing is a unique, specialized practice of professional nursing that focuses on the promotion of health within the faith community.  New Song's Parish Nurse, Arden Seay, is a registered nurse with additional training in holistic ministry.  Arden seeks to educate the congregation on healthy living and directs persons to appropriate healthcare providers and available resources. If you have a health concern or need, you can contact Arden at ardenseay@comcast.net.

Christian Counseling serves individuals through counselors who are trained in listening, clarifying, and goal-setting with the use of the Scriptures for guidance. Heather Shaheen gives leadership to our Counseling Ministries. Services include individual counseling, pre-marriage counseling, marriage and family counseling, grief and loss counseling, educational and testing services, advocacy services, and support groups.
