At New Song, we have several ways that we provide congregational care. Visitation is one such provision; in fact, you can go to our contact page to request follow-through on a range of needs and situations. We want no one to suffer alone, and that also goes for the celebrations in life, too!
Our Care Team loves to provide something we call a “Sonshine Basket” to those who may need a pick-me-up or who might be going through a relatively exciting event in life… a new baby, for example. These baskets are amazing expressions of our concern in your trial and pure joy in your celebration!
If you are in the hospital, we would love the chance to check-in on you; just let us know where you are being treated, and what we can bring you. In between visits, we will likely send you cards, emails, and phone calls, too.
We like to say that “when you hurt, we hurt; when you smile, we smile.”
So how can we help? Is it transportation, someone to listen, need a pick-me-up, or some other expression of love?
Just contact our Church Office today, and our Care Coordinator will be in touch with you shortly. You are not alone!
New Song has a team of persons to review the applications submitted for this ministry which supports expenses such as utilities, rent/mortgage, and other life essentials. In addition to New Song’s funding, we also partner with several local organizations to help provide support for a situation or urgent financial crisis. Applications are reviewed on the 15th and 30th of the month, and no payment will be made to an individual (ie: must be to a company or agency). Financial offerings are subject to availability of funds from New Song and ministry partnerships.
