Why do we use CCB?
Community is an essential part of being known in a local church. Church Community Builder (CCB) is an online tool designed to help us connect with others in the life of our Church. CCB not only provides information about the people, groups, and volunteer opportunities at New Song, but also allows you to view your giving records and update your contact information to make sure you receive important communications from the church. It’s the hub for all we do as New Song Church!
How do I use CCB?
In addition to our Quick Reference Guide, we encourage you to log-in and become oriented with all the features CCB has: small group registrations, directory information, details on your financial contributions, official Church calendar, and more!

Who has access to CCB?
Anyone can request to receive a login to CCB. If your email address is in our church database, you will automatically receive an email with a link to activate your account and set your password (if you happen to have missed the email – just click here to request access).
The basic level of access to CCB will allow you to: 1). update your contact information and 2). view your giving history.
In circumstances where someone is misusing the online community, our church staff may restrict/block access to CCB. The information provided in CCB is for all our benefit; it's an amazing tool we look forward to using in everything from strategizing and planning, all the way through promoting and evaluating!

Church Community Builder works hard at making sure that all of your data is secure (CCB statements on security). CCB lets YOU, the user, control what information you make available to other users of the online community.
While it is encouraged to make more of your information available to other members of New Song Church for building community, you are able to opt out of the online directory completely or in part. You will determine what information in your profile is visible to specific "sets" of people.

Additionally, for administrative purposes, our Church staff is limited to access only information necessary to do complete their job. New Song in no way sells, profits from, shares or distributes your information.
