This form can be used for requests such as (but not limited to) : a small group is changing their meeting location, the young adult group going to the movies, a request to have a collection of donated items, etc.

Announcements subject to approval. We have the ability to communicate on social media, our website, our e-newsletter, and printed materials

Request deadlines:
* The E-newsletter is sent out weekly, usually on Mondays. Please turn in your requests by the Thursday night before.

* The Worship Program/Bulletin is printed weekly. Please turn in your requests by Sunday night for the next week's bulletin.
