- YOUTH DIRECTOR
Seeking a highly motivated self-starter for immediate opening for the position of Youth Director. This position is part time: 20 hours/week. The individual seeking to fill this position should be familiar with ministries to middle and high school students and their families. The person will work with existing and newly-recruited volunteers to help lead and engage students through gatherings, studies, worship, events, trips, missions, and more. Yes, we desire youth ministry to be "fun," but our highest aim is to see a generation empowered to make a difference for Christ here and now. Administrative tasks include annual budget submissions, ministry receipts, and PTO forms, but our primary emphasis is on investing in the lives of our students: praying with them, mentoring, leading to Christ, along with attending games, performances, and cheering them on in all aspects of life.
