Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at New Song Church.
We’ve recently updated our Event Approval Process to serve you better.

Once your form is received, our Director of Connections will contact you to discuss any other details needed for full consideration.

*Please note that requests received Monday - Thursday by 5 pm (normal office hours) and will receive a response within 24 hours.
Requests received after 5 pm on Thursday through Sunday will receive a response by 5 pm on the following Monday.

Dates and/or rooms are not considered "reserved" until an official approval is received.
New Song Church ministry events will always maintain priority over non-ministry events, in accordance with our mission and vision.

By submitting this Event Form, if approved, I (name of person responsible for event) understand I am responsible for all properties of New Song Church while in use as part of this event and hold New Song Church (including its members, affiliates, associates, etc.) harmless/not liable from any claim for damages, loss, cause of action, or cost whatsoever in connection with our event including, but not limited to, any injury to person, accidents/damage to property, loss by fire, theft or any other cause, nor will I/we be party to any lawsuit. This is a legal and binding "hold harmless" agreement.
